Just five days in rescue. It’s been like a melodramatic soap opera.
Sadly this is just a snippet of the daily horrors our rescue is facing each and every day.
We are not paid. We are VOLUNTEERS. Day in, day out, we are there to support the animals. Our volunteers retrieve RTA animals both dead and alive. They fundraise. They trap. They foster. They clean. They bake. Sometimes they deal with traumatic situations and awful injuries caused through accidents or neglect.
Sometimes we are criticised for the choices our rescue makes - but here we are, still trying to promote the welfare of animals in YOUR community.
We ARE NOT national RSPCA. We have no more POWER than YOU to remove or rescue animals that are in awful situations, but if we can help, we will try.
Rescue is in CRISIS. PLEASE HELP.
