Stallholder Booking Form

Thank you for your interest in booking a stall with the Milton Keynes & North Bucks RSPCA – we’re so glad you’re considering being part of one of our charity events.

We are a completely self-funded branch of the RSPCA, which means we must raise over £500,000 every year to support our rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming work across Milton Keynes and North Buckinghamshire. Every stall booking makes a genuine difference and helps us continue this vital work.

To give you an idea of where the funds go: on average, a healthy cat costs us £200–£250 when they arrive in our care, covering essentials such as neutering, vaccinations, microchipping and parasite treatment. It costs around £15 per day to feed 10 animals on a basic diet, while specialist gastro, kidney or urinary diets can cost £3 per animal per day. With around 50 animals in our care at any one time, costs quickly add up.

We’d love to learn a bit more about you and what you’d like to bring to our event. Once we have your details, we’ll be able to confirm whether we have space available. Stall spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis, and we aim to limit duplicate stall types (usually no more than two selling similar products, depending on event size).

Thank you again for supporting our work – we really appreciate it.

Public liability insurance (PLI) is required for every stall holder.

If you are selling food produce, you will be required to have a relevant food hygiene certificate.

If you are selling alcohol, you will be required to have a licence to sell.
