We are delighted to welcome vendors to our events and would kindly ask that you are polite and respectful to trustees, staff, volunteers and attendees of the events run by RSPCA Milton Keynes & North Bucks Branch.
Thank you for supporting our branch, the events we run helps us to raise vital funds for animals in need in our area, particularly in these difficult times.
Terms and conditions
INSURANCE
● We require a copy of your public liability insurance and food hygiene rating if applicable.
PAYMENT
● All fees for attending an event must be paid in full before the date of the event.
● Failure to pay before the date of the event will mean that you will not be allowed to attend the event as a stallholder.
● Once your booking is confirmed, we can’t guarantee any changes ie requesting more space on the day of an event.
● Fees are non-refundable.
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
● Please advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration.
HEALTH & SAFETY
● Any electrical equipment you bring must be PAT tested and installed correctly
● No trailing wires
● Display items are in good condition and not likely to fall on to visitors
● The area around your stall/pitch is free from clutter and any trip hazards
● If you notice any hazards, please report it immediately to a member of the team.
Please note: We do not have power supplies on the field so you will need to bring your own generator.
