Financial Aid

We are a separately registered, small charity and can only help in some situations when your pet needs veterinary care. We can offer part payment vouchers when you are in need. This is a limited service and if you have applied before your application may be refused.

In an emergency, call your veterinary surgeon first and once you have secured an appointment with them, depending on the available time you have, call us on 01908 611179. This phone is not attended 24/7 so you may need to leave a message, therefore your veterinary surgeons advice in an emergency is vital.

We always encourage owners to take out pet insurance so that they can fund veterinary treatments.

Neutering Assistance

Neutering your animal helps to reduce the number of unwanted animals being born and is a preventative for medical conditions so we strongly recommend it is done.

We can offer part-cost neutering vouchers to people on benefits. If you wish to apply then please complete our online neutering application form and submit a copy of your proof of benefits.

Our voucher offers are reviewed on a case by case basis but generally are as follows:

  • Cats – £100 for a male / £110 for a female

  • Dogs – £75 for a male / £100 for a female

  • Rabbits - £25 for a male / £30 for a female

You must live in the Milton Keynes or North Buckinghamshire area to qualify for support with neutering from this branch.

Please consider contacting other branches or rescues if you do not reside in our area.
