2023 was an incredibly busy year for the Branch.
Despite a record number of animals coming into our care, nearly SEVEN HUNDRED!, we had amazing support from our community. As a result, many animals found themselves in wonderful new homes with some fabulous families.
We also trapped a large number of ferals! These kitties were neutered, chipped and health checked before being moved on to safe havens - rather than being returned to often dangerous locations. This year over EIGHTY cats were given wonderful new lives as environmental pest control agents!
We have supported members of the community with Welfare Assistance - providing neutering for a further 207 animals.
With the start of 2024 upon us, we need compassionate animal heroes like YOU to join us in our mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and find forever homes for the mistreated and abandoned animals in our City.
