Service Description

We have tables available for stall holders (inside the community hall) or a 3m x 3m pitch on the field (does not include Gazebo). Larger pitch sizes for e.g. bouncy castles are available at a fixed fee (maximum size 6m x 6M). If you require a larger pitch area please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and conditions Insurances: We require a copy of your public liability insurance and food hygiene rating if applicable. Payment: All fees for attending an event must be paid in full before the date of the event Failure to pay before the date of the event will mean that you will not be allowed to attend the event as a stallholder. Once your booking is confirmed, we can’t guarantee any changes i.e. requesting another table on the day of an event Fees are non-refundable. Access requirements: Please advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration. Health & Safety Any electrical equipment you bring must be PAT tested and installed correctly No trailing wires Display items are in good condition and not likely to fall on to visitors The area around your stall is free from clutter and any trip hazards If you notice any hazards, please report it immediately to a member of the team. Fee structure: 1 table inside the hall £15 1 pitch 3m x 3m (you bring your own tables, chairs and gazebo) £30 Bespoke Pitch - please contact us for pricing details Fees are non-refundable and payable in advance. We are delighted to welcome vendors to our events and would kindly ask that you are polite and respectful to trustees, staff, volunteers and attendees of the events run by MK RSPCA.
