This affectionately named cat came into our care in the middle of April. Snowshoes was heavily pregnant and the birth seemed imminent. She was settled in with her foster mum and dad where she was closely monitored.
Snowshoes went into labour early in the morning on the 28th April. All seemed well until midday when it appeared that she might have difficulties. Her foster mum and dad were advised to take her in to hospital for checks and quickly rushed her over.

Snowshoes is the first of many pregnant cats that will arrive in our care this year, young and scared and in danger of losing her kittens and her own life. The costs of caring for cats like her and the kittens who must stay in our care for several months before being re-homed can be very high. This appeal is to help raise funds to cover her expensive out of hours care.
Please help us to save more cats like Snowshoes.
