This gorgeous boy is one of the cats recently brought in by our inspectors. He was found by the roadside with some serious injuries.
Hugh was rushed to Walnut Tree Vets who confirmed he has suffered a severe head trauma resulting in a broken jaw and damage to his eye. As you can see, these are not his only injuries.
Hugh's jaw has been wired and he has a feeding tube inserted as he is unable to eat on his own at the moment.
He has a long road to recovery, but we are hopeful he will make it as he's already been through so much.
As usual we are covering his veterinary treatment costs. As a separately registered charity from the National RSPCA we are responsible for raising funds to help cover our costs.
Please consider making a donation to our Hugh appeal so that we can help Hugh and other cats who arrive each week who need vital treatment in order to have a chance of survival. We cannot do it without you! Thank you.
