The evening consists of a 3 course sit-down meal created by the very talented and up and coming chefs of Milton Keynes College, Bletchley. The evening is a totally relaxed affair; it’s all about the food and great company. A Fully licenced bar is on site.

Chicken and spinach chimichanga bites - shredded chicken breast and wilted spinach in a deep fried wrap served with a sour cream, lime and chilli dip. (SPICY)
Three cheese sweet pepper poppers (v) - a trio of goats cheese, cheddar and mozzarella stuffed baby peppers topped with a cheesy crumb and tomato relish.
Loaded Nachos (v) -with sour cream, salsa, cheese and guacamole
Brisket Burrito - Slow cooked beef brisket, refried beans, shredded cabbage and rice in a tortilla wrap
Mexican Bean Burger (v) - a crispy golden mixed bean and chilli burger served with a fresh salad in a garlic and rosemary focaccia bun.
Habanero baked fish - A white flakey fish cooked en papillote with an orange and habanero pepper (SPICY)

Bean and corn salsa, spicy rice, sweet potato salad, paprika tortilla chips
Dessert trio - Margarita cheesecake, cinnamon tortilla swirl, fried ice cream
